Mission Statement
The Pacific Coast Congress of Harbormasters and Port Managers, Inc. is an organization of commercial and recreational marina professionals promoting the development and growth of our industry and membership through communication, education and professional certification.
Our Vision
The PCC will be widely recognized as a capable provider of relevant technical training, managerial education and leadership development opportunities for its members. Outstanding professional training and education will enhance biannual meeting attendance and expand the organization’s membership base.
Implementation Strategy
High quality professional development will be provided to PCC members through a variety of educational methods including, but not limited to: formal presentations by experts; case studies and featured port presentations; workshops and seminars; field trips; round table discussions; electronic mail discussion groups; newsletter articles, web site postings, member consultations with each other, demonstrations, multimedia programs, etc. training and educational program effectiveness will be periodically evaluated and assessments of future professional development needs of members will take place as appropriate.
